The test is free, anonymous, and voluntary. Your answers are yours. The tier is not a certification or a diagnosis. We are a mirror — we take care of the glass, but what you see in it stays with you.
What you can do
The test is for you — not for your insurer, not for your boss, not for your passenger.
- Run the test without registrationAnonymous token, no e-mail, no name. You save the token yourself.
- Re-test as many times as you likeFree of charge. The UI adds a natural cooldown, but there is no hard limit.
- Share your tierA signed link valid for 12 months. You decide who you send it to.
- Download all your dataJSON export within 30 days of request (GDPR Art. 20).
- Cite the method in your workOQ-29, S/P-Score, tier T1–T8 — publicly documented, usable with citation.
- Delete your account with one clickNo form, no "are you sure?". Done within 30 days, usually immediately.
What you cannot do
These rules are not about making your life harder. They are about keeping the result useful for others.
- Publish questions from the Q-bankA public dump devalues the measurement for others. The Q-bank is proprietary.
- Botting, scraping, fake accountsThese skew the population norm. We do detection transparently — we state a reason when suspending an account.
- Reverse-engineer the scoring modelActive probing of weights, the tier formula, or internal calibration. We do not hide the science — see How It Works.
- Present the tier as a certificateIt is not officially recognised — do not represent it as such to an insurer, employer, or authority.
- Create an account for someone elseThe test is built on your answers. The account is non-transferable.
Our responsibility
We do what we can. We also have limits — technical and legal. Here is a fair map:
We guarantee: approximately 99.5 % availability in the Beta phase. Consistency of the method between versions (historical scores remain interpretable). Response within 5 business days. A security incident will be reported to the DPA within 72 hours.
We do not guarantee: that the tier precisely reflects your driving in a specific context. That a training plan will resolve your situation. That a re-test in a short time will show dramatic improvement.
DriverRank is a mirror, not a diagnosis.
The tier T1–T8 does not represent legal fitness to drive, medical or psychological capacity, or the ability to succeed in a specific situation. It does not replace examinations under Act No. 8/2009 Coll., is not a medical or psychological diagnosis, and is not a basis for insurance calculations or employment decisions.
It is informational feedback on your metacognition — against the population norm at the time of testing. Use it for reflection, not as a decision basis for third parties.
Liability of DriverRank s.r.o. is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law to direct, foreseeable damage caused by gross negligence or intentional breach of duty. Indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages from decisions made by third parties on the basis of the tier are excluded. This limitation does not apply to damages that law prohibits from being limited.
Governing law, contact, changes
Law: Slovak Republic. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic. Before going to court — write to us. 90 % of disagreements can be resolved by e-mail.
Consumer: if you are a consumer and we cannot reach agreement, you may use alternative dispute resolution — SOI or the EU online platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes: minor edits silently with a date update below. Substantive changes will be notified by e-mail to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may delete your account before it takes effect.
Severability: if any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force. The invalid provision will be replaced by the nearest valid formulation with the same purpose.
